The one on his left
squeezes through his back teeth and touches his upper lip, and where
they touch there is something else happening, like an irritation or
something on the upper lip. Not sure what that is...
it could be a simple irritation (the skin in the mouth is awfully
delicate and it doesn't take much to damage it), or perhaps something
similar to a chancre sore?
Could be simple irritation. I don't know for sure. Its different from the
other growths. If it were an open wound, I'd compare it to a canker sore, but
its not; its flat, somewhat elevated, about the size of a pencil eraser. But
it is touching one of the two masses, so it could be just that...
