My neighbor's dogs (two pit bulls) bark incessantly - the neighbor isn't
agreeable to discussing the situation or fixing the problem - in our locale, the Police don't get involved, animal control issues a warning citation, and then it's up to me to go after the neighbor in Municipal Court - IF I prevail, it's a $50 fine - big deal. Most of the devices that are supposed to stop dogs from barking require a clear visual path to the dogs - I have a tall fence between my yard and the dogs - I can't see them, but that doesn't stop the noise, and I imagine it would prevent the device from working. I'm not interested in making friends with the dogs, or getting used to it, or just living with it - any suggestions? |

I had a similar neighbor situation with a very vocal Labrador. I installed
a Bark Free device. It has several settings. You may have to play with it to get it to work for you. You may have to figure out a way to mount it on your fence, where it will do some good. Maybe cutting a index card size window. so that the device can work. Good luck...I know what you are going through...before I moved away from there, that Lab just about drove me crazy. When I attempted to talk to the neighbors about it, they were morons...and we were neighbors for 12 years. Perry "Texas Yankee" wrote in message ...
