I was impressed by that pile of GSD hair. Fortunately, the Sibe hair
doesn't all come out at once..although maybe that's not so fortunate.
It would be much easier if, once the undercoat loosened up, we could
just sit down and brush it all out, once and for all. In which case
I'm betting the piles would be closer to human than canine size.

my house and just brushed a pretty good-sized pile off a Borzoi today.

never been brushed at all.

She's blowing her summer coat. I got a pile almost that big a couple of weeks
later. She's 7 years old now, and I swear it gets worse every year. LOL
Doesn't help any either that she's long haired...our short haired shepherds
don't have anywhere near that amount of hair! Thank goodness for undercoat
rakes...regular brushes don't do a thing for this girl.
