Default Basset Vomit... Very Sick.. Please Help

I have a basset 1.5 years old. Early Friday we woke to diarrhea. Sat
and Sunday I woke to an immense amount of clear slime and yellow
liquid vomit. I brought him to the local pet ER and they told us he
was extremely dehydrated and they wanted to take x-rays. The x-rays
did not show a clear blockage but the vet said we will watch him. At
about 7p.m. when I was visiting he had about a 3 cups of bloody clear
liquid diarrhea come out with allot of pressure. So the doctor said
as long as he doesn't vomit again we won't operate. At about 11pm I
received a call about him vomiting a large amount. So I gave him the
go ahead. He operated and found no blockage.. He was also neutered
while under.. He also took biopsy's of his pancreas, intestine, and
stomach.. Monday we brought him to our local vet.. Monday at 6pm he
was still very much out of it.. Tuesday at 12pm I visited him and he
looked better he knew who I was and I felt better.. The whole time
he's been hooked up to IV fluids getting antibiotics, and anti vomit
medicine. The vet told me if he doesn't vomit tonight we will try a
little water and food tomorrow.. Unfortunately he vomited a large
amount of yellow greenish fluid. I saw him today at 12pm and he
didn't look any better. He also vomited between 12 and 6. I saw him
at 6 and he had enough energy to fight into my lap.. That made me feel
a little better

My question is does anyone have any idea..
The Parvo blood test came back negative
The vet tells me good temp, good gums, and well hydrated… Those are 3
important things

I am questioning Pancreas but he is torn between viral and pancreas.
I say no to viral only because he lives with a 4 year old beagle and 7
year old terrier.

The vet tells me he has at least a 75% chance of survival.
I'm nervous because he hasn't had solid food since Friday. And it's
now Wednesday..
