When I think about it, there is really only two things that Moogli does
that he gets away with because he is a small dog. The first is that when we
are on the sofa, he crawls all over us. The second is loose-leash walking.

You know, I used to consider myself a non-small dog person. The more
dogs (of all sizes) that I met, the more I realized that it isn't so
much the dog, but the owner. I have never had any problems with any
dogs regardless of size, that are well behaved. It just so happens that
most of the obnoxious ones tend to be small and have clueless owners.
Or have balls and clueless owners. Or both. Either way, clueless
owners seem to be the common factor.
