If you are looking for a carefully bred dog I recommend adding a lot more
requirements than "Champion lineage." Bulldogs (the kind you are calling
"English Bulldog) have more than their fair share of health problems. And
the heart of that problem is breeders who care more about success in the
show ring, or simply breeding and selling, than they do about the health
and welfare of the dogs. The ability to obtain a Championship is only one
of many important factors in deciding whether a dog is carefully bred,
well bred, from a responsible breeder.
If you aren't looking for a carefully bred dog then your request is
interestingly narrow. It is too young to breed, and you wouldn't be
planning on breeding with so little in the way of requirements anyway. And
if you aren't planning on breeding what difference does a year or so make
on the age?
