Default Angel, are you a cat?

So, I took out the laser pointer my neighbor just gave me, and shone it
on the floor in front of the cats. They were all singularly and totally
unimpressed and ignored it. Angel, however, went nuts. We've just
spent a rollicking good time with her chasing that point of light all
around the house, up the walls and over the furniture. Too funny!

Some can keep it just a game of good fun, but some get truly obsessed with
laser pointers. It can become a problem with constantly staring, looking
around for the spot. In some the obsession can develop to the point it
interfers with daily activities. I would recommend making it a very rare
treat.

I've played that with my Nikki
before and it's loads of fun, she runs
everywhere. Fortunately, (or
unfortunately, depends on how you look
at it) she gets tired of trying to catch
something that isn't there after about
10 minutes, gets board and gives up. I
make sure to toss around one of her
stuffed toy's afterwards so she can
catch something for a little bit. Just
like kids, I want her to have a little
success when playing games. - - Les

I thinks cats have trouble seeing the red laser. Snookums, the cat,
LOVES to chase light bugs but completley igonores red lasers.
