This dogs are left alone with cabels neer fence for security and
patrol purposes in goverment facilities, commercial institutes,
prisons, army bases and residences. somethimes they are called canin
and K-9. BUT i am looking only for info about those dogs who are left
alone and do not work with police man or soldiers

There is no practical method for gathering such statistics. The practice
and popularity varies significantly depending upon geographic area and
population concentration. In some communities it is illegal, in some it
is common and wide spread, in some the liabilities make it unpopular, in
some there is strong public disfavor to the practice. You could likely
get military use statistics, possibly some meaningful statistics in
regard to prisons, but general government faciliies and even more so
commercial and residential properties are far too diverse for meaningful
data collection.
