Once again, I'm glad I quit PetsMart. :} One of my last straws there was when I was denied permission to give a small puppy class (under 10 lbs.). I lost every teacup after the 2nd regular puppy class because the owner would be so paranoid during play time, and business was always walking out the door when the owners discovered that classes would include larger puppies. But I was told (1) It wasn't on the curriculum, and (2) Large puppy owners might complain if they weren't allowed to sign up for the class. If I had been working for a different manager, I'm sure I would have been given permission freely, though. --- Canine Action Dog Trainer http://www.canineaction.com It's A Dog's Life http://hometown.aol.com/dfrntdrums/m...age/index.html Get Healthy, Build Your Immune System, Lose Weight http://www.re-vita.net/dfrntdrums |
