This morning I heard on 89.9 radio Ottawa, Ontario station
that someone did a full tattoo of Hillary Duff's image
on a chihuahua. The radio casters are all horrified.

I don't know to who amI going to get mad, 89.9 who
don't place rules and regulations on there contest and
they are known with having this insane contest, or
that girl that went far to win this contest.

Everyone who heard this morning should agree with me
that either 89.9 or that girl should be convicted.

the radio station didn't force the dog owners to do anything. the dog owner
and the tattoo artist may be guilty of animal cruelty.
