When I think about it, there is really only two things that
Moogli does that he gets away with because he is a small
dog. The first is that when we are on the sofa, he crawls
all over us. The second is loose-leash walking.

It's the owners who think it's cute when their little dog acts
aggressively to larger dogs *and then pick them up* that I have
a real problem with.

Hrmph. I agree. I *know* that Moogli gets barky with some dogs (big or
small). Luckily, I can also tell whether he wants to be barky, or whether
he wants to meet and greet. It is slow, but he is getting better with
meeting dogs.

I would have loved to meet Moogli (and you, too) the other week.
As it turns out, he would have been welcome in the spectator
area.

Yeah, that really bites. And it turns out that the bachelor party that was
supposed to go on on Sat afternoon/evening had to be postponed 'cause my
BIL (and a couple of his friends) had to work overtime (they are cops and
there was a big drug bust or something). So it was postponed to the 11th.
