Hi all,
I am a great admirer of small dogs, and for this reason of my favourite breeds is the Chihuahua. The only problem I have is that once they grow up they lose much of their allure, not to mention some of their docility as well. So I am wondering: would it be possible (and legal) for a qualified veterinary to carry out an operation on a Chihuahua a few weeks old so that it would stay, so to speak, a "puppy for life"? Thank you very much in advance. Marco |
