The county is forcing her to GAS ALL animals not rescued by this
weekend.

A transport is already arranged to get to Hagerstown, MD, and also DC
metro areas.

The director at Mason Co. Shelter, WV (Pt. Pleasant), has given it
all she has. The county just won't give in to what she is asking for
regarding the needs of the shelter animals. Thus, the county is
forcing her to GAS ALL animals not rescued by this weekend. She
refuses to gas a single animal without making every possible last
attempt at rescuing the poor animals that are there--she
cares for them deeply.

They are making a mass attempt to rescue all the animals and
transport them out this weekend. Transport arrangements have already
been worked out to reach various points and can be expanded upon. A
transport is already arranged to get to Hagerstown, MD, and also DC
metro areas. The CATS all have sponsors,which means that they will
arrive fully vetted and altered with NO pull fees.
They need to be rescued, as do ALL the DOGS.

PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT ALL THE ANIMALS -- HELP NOW!

isnt this old news? I live in Mason Co. and havent heard anything about
this in months. The manager is back at work and, though they are enforcing
limits of how long animals can stay, there are no plans to gas all the
animals.

The management is very good about working with rescues (esp labs) to pull
every possible dog. Sometimes, animals are already promised to rescues
before there is even a chance for the public to adopt them.
