flyer. On the Louisiana state tax return, you can donate part or all of
your overpayment/refund to the Louisiana Animal Welfare Commission.

IMO it's a big deal, to be on the tax return like that. It'd be great if
Louisiana finally gets serious about animal issues. Pet overpopulation is a
huge problem in LA, and there are areas without any animal control at all.

I am really proud of my city's (Houma) efforts. A eighboring city
(Thibodaux)has always snubbed residents of this town, has crap for animal
control. Louisiana, gotta love it.
