How? What to use? English Mastiff and Bullmastiff. 7 months and 1 1/2 yrs.
old. They pull only at the beginning of the walk. What is a good leash/collar to use. I would like to use a choke collar since they are in training now. Thanks |

Gee I hope you aren't using a choke collar to train them with - so many
better ways to train than trying to overpower your dog... But if you want to be able to *signal* them you can try a martingale or greyhound collar that can be tightened and released but is supposed to be adjusted so that the collar cannot choke or hurt the dog Neither breed really has a face conducive to using a gentle leader or halti type collar so I'd say use a flat collar or a martingale. |
