Ok here goes. Never seen one like this on here.

We have a year old Beagle "Capone". Bought him for my wife for her birthday
last year. He's a great dog, tons of fun and lots of personality. Last week
for my birthday my wife "surprized" me with a new Boxer puppy, Charlie. He's
a lovely little guy, with a sweet personality so far. And now for the
problem or seemingly so.

There's just no way to delicately put this other than to say Capone WILL NOT
stop licking Charlies penis ! It's disgusting. And of course Charlie's not
writing any memos asking him to quit it. What the hell is that all about?
Normal ? How do we get him to quit it. Other than this wierd behavior, they
get along great, play all day, sleep near one another and share food etc.
Just this wierd behavior has us puzzled. Any thoughts (and keep it clean
folks grin) would be appreciated.
