Default Post pyometra surgery bleeding

Our dog had surgery for pyometra roughly a week ago. She seems to be
doing just fine, and has progressively gotten better (responsive,
eating regularly, etc...). She is also still on an antibiotic.

My question is: could she still have some bleeding or drainage at this
point? We noticed some dark blood (with a little white/beige) today
for the first time since she had the surgery. It's possible that she
has just been cleaning herself and we have not seen any until today,
but we are concerned none the less.

The vet closed before we found the blood, so we cannot call until
tomorrow so I thought I'd post and ask here. Thanks if anyone can
help!
