If anyone can help me find the following in or near Pensacola Florida I
would be grateful:

Boxer puppy
Female
Fawn in color
No puppy mills
No history of hip dysplasia
Huge parents

I've had boxers before. One of the boxers I had was huge and could
have been mistaken for a horse . I would like my next boxer to be a
massive beast. I'm willing to travel to find my boxer. Thanks for any
help!

You won't find a backyard bred Boxer on this newsgroup and that's what
you're asking about whether you intend to or not. Any responsible
breeder/kennel you find will be breeding Boxers in standard and not out of
standard (which is what "huge" would be). You can check classifieds and
internet websites but the likelihood that you'll find a backyard breeder who
knows anything about the line's hips is very small. They'll tell you
there's no history of hip dysplasia because they just haven't seen it yet
in their male & female pair. They probably haven't had the dogs' hips
evaluated and don't know anything about siblings and parents.

While dysplasia is a worry I'd be more worried about the heart and cancer
incidence in the lines involved. They say Boxer Cardiomyopathy kills alot
of Boxers but I've seen cancer kill more in my area. You name the type of
cancer and this breed is prone to it. Buy a puppy from a breeder who knows
the lines well and who has taken precautions to only breed healthy dogs,
ones with health test certificates and not just a vet check.

If you're willing to take chances on health by going to a backyard breeder
then you might want to consider contacting the Boxer rescues in Florida.
Last I heard there was no shortage of purebred Boxers in need of a home and
sometimes puppies are included in that category.
