Rockin P is an excellent Boxer rescue in his area. They
took in a beautiful heartworm positive boxer that I found
starving in a grocery store parking lot (manager said
he'd been there all day.) They treated his heartworms
and found him a home in a neighboring state. Of course
the OP will have to pass a home inspection and have
references from his veterinarian. I believe there is a
pic of the Boxer on my "pets" page.

You may be correct, but P'cola is right next to AL. The
Rockin P rep that I turned a Boxer over to lived in Malbis.
Malbis is as close to P'cola as it is to Mobile, where I am.
Less than a 30 minute drive either way.
