You may be correct, but P'cola is right next to AL. The Rockin P rep that
I turned a Boxer over to lived in Malbis. Malbis is as close to P'cola as
it is to Mobile, where I am. Less than a 30 minute drive either way.

It could be then. I hope the OP chooses to at least look into rescue as a
possibility.
