Default Serious Road Accident caused by a Dog

Hi guys,

i am under a lot of stress and at my wits end about an incident that
happened a few months ago.

· At 1am on the 22nd June 2005, I was driving along a motorway when a
large dog ran out in front of my car. I swerved & missed the dog but
ended up flipping my car and crashing into the central reservation. The
dog was then hit by another car. The police informed me after the
event, the dog owner was rabbiting with his dog. Rabbiting is chasing
and killing Rabbits with dogs.

· I have been to 2 solicitor firms and they have not helped. They
state the owner needs pet or home insurance. As the owner claims he has
neither and also states he is on minimum wage, both did not want to
pursue the case. They took his word for it and left it at that.

· My injuries included a dislodged Pelvic bone, bruised, swollen and
misaligned vertebrae and severe whiplash and neck strain. I have been
undergoing Acupuncture and Physiotherapy weekly since the accident
costing me over a thousand pounds so far.

Both solicitor and police say he is negligent. It is his responsibility
to make sure his dog is on the lead and safely looked after. I am left
with a huge bill, in constant pain that has interupted my life and no
car.

Please please please, if you know anyone who has been in a situation
like this or can give me some advice, i would be utterly grateful. I am
not showing much physical progress and i am spending all my savings on
Physio and i will have to take out a loan next month or stop going
completely.

Thanks guys
