This...the topic of hip displasia...brings up an interesting question...
I read somewhere that the diet of a dog as a pup can effect it's developement of hip problems. Too high of protien in the diet can cause the bones of dogs with a genetic predisposition for hip and/or joint problems to grow too quickly and further the dogs developement of problems...anyone have any information on this? |
