How are you doing??

I'm poor

Veterinary bills? :-) I don't think vets running a small animal
practice become financially wealthy.

I'm poor, mortgaged house for the vet bills. Ongoing care and life
prescriptions keep the budget stressed.

I wasn't complaining about the vet bills. It's the only monthly bill I look
'forward' to paying. It means he's still around *grin*
I will be paying vet bills on him for years after he's gone.
And his vet bills were not only to his small animal veterinary practice,
but to many many specialists (which he still sees on a regular basis)
If I have one beef against veterinary practice, it's that one specialist
refers to another specialist and they will not take the other specialists
workup. I can understand some testing being done over, as you need to see
where that dog is "THAT DAY", but many were unnecesarily redundant and
costly. When you see someone is paying vet bills in the tens of thousands
of dollars, one would think that some of those tests could be honored when
done by other specialists. This is the 'only' complaint I have against the
veterinary community. The local vets operate with compassion toward the
budget. But the specialists seem to try to gouge their fair share of every
penny you own.

I actually took pictures of him yesterday at the playground

Such a handsome boy and so many beautiful thumbnails!

Thanks Diddy,
