Default injured dog ear

i did take her to the vet days ago.
i was right, he did not stitch her up, he also did not give her
medication. he said to continue
using the antiobotic cream and watch for swelling, a sign of infection
of course. the smell apparently
isn't infection according to the vet. my dog is an old english
sheepdog, she is FULL of fur. we
get her shaved a few times a year but it is winter and that would be a
stupid thing to do.
so she stays out side most of the time, well, not really she stays on
the couch but w/all that fur,
she usually does stink and although i assumed it was all her ear, its
just her. bath or not, she still
stinks but seems to feel fine otherwise. anyway, thought i'd post.
