I have an 18 month old Portuguese Water Dog. She was perfectly housebroken. I took her out generally early AM and 5 PM for long walks or workouts in the park. This worked for a long time. Had to take a trip and left her with housekeeper and family for 10 days. She has 2 sons that love her and give her tons of attention. They probably played with her a lot more than I ever did. The family sometimes stayed in my house or took my dog to their house. We have no children. Since my return a week ago my dog relieves herself in the house even 1 hour after I have just taken her for a long (1/2to 1hr)walk and she relieved herself. Asked housekeeper if they experienced the same problem, she said no. I do not have a yard and have never crated my dog. Have tried taking her for several walks (5) per day. So far no luck. Her bowels are perfectly normal and does not have urinary infection
Any suggestions? |
