Humane society officials say the shelty, named Sessa, is so fat she
can't even stand up. The reason? Sessa's former owners fed her only
beer and donuts. But officials say it's not illegal, just immoral. Now
Sessa is on a strict diet, and taking aquatic therapy. She's already
dropped seven pounds in five sessions but still weighs in at 68 pounds.
The humane society says it may take up to a year, to get the rest of
