The secret is very simple. It is being done all the time by those
scientists who get inspired by new ideas.
The only thing is that you have to understand the system I am
going to give you, believe it, and do the exercises regularly for a
while.
As you all know we have two divisions in our physical brain.
But this is not all; there is also the Upper Mental Body, and the
Universal Mind.
Also as you must have suspected already, each one of us has a Soul, and
a Spirit as part of his body. And they both have their own minds.
So the secret is to know how to make use of all these minds!
How to open this treasure chest every one of us has.
It is quiet simple, really. Just do the two simple exercises given
below, making quiet sure that you understand every step you take.

THE EXERCISES

I: -The Ego or Personality
The Personality consists of the 4 lower bodies which a
The Physical Body, The 3rd. Dimension, centered in the Base Chakra
The Etheric Body, The 4th. Dimension, centered in the Navel Chakra
The Emotional Body, The 5th. Dimension, centered in the Solar Plexus
The Lower Thinking Mind, The 6th. Dimension, centered near the Heart

2: - The Spiritual Body:-
The Spiritual Body consists of the 4 upper bodies which a
The Astral Body, The 7th.Dimension, centered in the Throat Chakra.
The Upper Mental Body, the highest Division of the Astral Body.
The Soul Dimension, The 8th.Dimension, centered in the Third Eye.
The Spiritual Dimension, The 9th.Dimension, God, centered in the
Crown Chakra

EXERCISE 1:
Merging the Personality with the
Spiritual Body
The Personality:
Visualize your physical body standing in front of you.
Then see your Etheric Body surrounding it completely and extending
slightly beyond it.
Next see your Emotional Body again surrounding completely the Etheric,
and extending
beyond it.
Finally go outwards by about 100cm, and see the limits of the Lower
Thinking Body.
You now have in front of you your complete Personality, your Ego. A
vivid yellow body completely surrounding your physical body and
extending right round it.

The Spiritual Body:
Next to your Personality visualize your Spiritual Bodies, with their
center in the top four chakras of your body
You will first see your Astral Body, 7D, with its chakra extending out
of your throat. This body is larger in size than that of your
Personality.
Surrounding it, see the Upper Mental Body, the highest Division of the
Astral Body.
Surrounding the Upper Mental Body see the Soul's Body, 8D, with
it's chakra extending from the third eye.
Finally see your Spirit, 9D which is based in an energy vortex above
your head. This Spirit extends outwards as far as your mind's eye can
visualize it. See it first as about 10m.

Now visualize this huge, impressive and beautiful Spiritual Body
standing beside the Personality. And surrounding it and completely
imbibing it with its love energies.

Joining the two: And the Personality will return the Spiritual
Body's love energies, and ask to merge with it. "Let's merge"
will go out the request. And this is what will happen. And what we have
now is your fully illuminated, spiritually activated person. All
thoughts emanating from you will now be inspired, illuminated thoughts.

You will be thinking with the powerful mind of God, and the Spiritual
world around you will see to it that you are protected and looked after
as a valuable Son Of God.
The above is the logical consequence of the merging of the Personality
with the Spiritual Body .

EXERCISE 2:
MERGING WITH THE UNIVERSAL MIND.

Yes, there is another mind! One, as we have already seen, is the
physical lower mind, which functions with the ego. Then there is the
upper mind which is also the soul's mind, and finally there is the
Universal mind which can be considered to be the mind of God, and which
contains all the knowledge there is. We have friends in the upper
dimensions who will happily lend us a helping hand in joining with this
Universal mind.
An illumined mind forms complete thoughts because it is able to tap
into an idea as it exists in its completeness in the Universal Mind.
So start by visualizing the 4 Lower Bodies, one outside the other, in
front of you
Next to them, see the four Spiritual Bodies
Merge them all together.
Finally see the Universal Mind right round the 8 Bodies, and send out
your powerful telepathic thought, loud and clear: "We all want to
unite together and become One"
And as you are saying this last phrase, see the Universal Mind merging
into your united 8 bodies, so that they all become ONE.

This may sound like a simplistic way of describing such a momentous and
important event.
However it is as easy to do as we have described! Providing it is done
in the order given, without jumping steps. And the more frequently we
do it, the easier and faster it becomes.
