Outriggers redux

A few months ago I asked if anybody knew where I could get
outriggers for the ATV to run the dogs (nobody did). I
still think it's a good idea, but some people find a good
idea and take it to an entirely new level:

I hope he has a commercial dog fishing licence. In my parts,
it's illegal to have more than one line rigged per angler.
