Default potty problems, no peeing

She finally peed at 7:45. The ER vet said they don't want to see her
because its probably nothing (unless if it happens again).

Someone on the Dane group posted that their dog just held it for 22 hours
because it was either raining or wet outside (180 pound dog doesn't like to
get his toesies wet). Is it possible it is something like this?

Around here, we've had an exceptionally dry year, and Pan is looking at the
rain we're getting like she's never seen that thing before.
