Default Bald lumps on top of paws

Bald lumps on top of paws

Hi,

This developed last fall, as well ...

Brittany Spaniel, 9.5 yr-old, generally in very good health not
counting hip dysplasia (which doesn't seem to bother her) and skin
allergies.

She's got red, swollen nodes on the top of her paws. In the area of
what would be the knuckles on a human. Primarily on the hind paws.

I don't think it is Lick Granuloma. She licks and gently chews at
the -bottom- of her paws: I haven't seen her licking the tops. There
are no lesions.

Any/all ideas/advice/suggestions etc would be much appreciated.

Cheers,
Puddin'

No. She's hi-stepping and prancing, etc.
Healthier and friskier than I am.
