I've notice my 5 months old dog is having whitish urine these few days.
Is it anything of concern? What could be the cause?

I haven't brought him to see a vet yet. I probably will tomorrow. He's
been peeing a little here and there. And my daughter saw him peeing a
little when he's belly up. How weird!

Change that "probably will" to "will". Peeing a "little here
and there" in a 5 month old puppy is likely not marking
behaviour and could be another sign of infection.

And my

weird!
