Chihuahua was run over on purpose by Mr Davis simply because he didn't wish
to stop or swerve & hit mailboxes instead; needless to say the dog died
within a short time & we're asking for justice regarding this case. Please
contact the Sheriff
Sheriff Tom McCool

Harrison County Courthouse

200 West Houston

Marshall, TX 75670

903-923-4000

and also
Honorable Justice of the Peace Mike Smith

City of Hallsville Municipal Court

200 West Main ST

Hallsville, TX 75650

903-668-4246

But Please Be RESPECTFUL; respectful complaints come across much better than
ranting & raving.

What was the dog doing in the road? Where was the owner? If you like the
dog you keep it home.
Driver ed suggests that you do NOT swerve to avoid hitting animals, as it
causes too many wrecks and even fatalities.
The safetyof an animal is dependent on it's owner, NOT any driver.

Not to mention that if you swerve, miss the dog, but wreck, your
insurance company is unlikely to cover anything.

I propose people contact the Sheriff to get him to start a case against the
owner of the chihuahua for:

1 - Negligence for allowing the dog to go free.
2 - Mental anguish of the driver.
