Default Getting into the Wrong Side of the Bed Update

I mentioned a month or so ago that Harriet was having trouble
getting it through her hard head that she could get into bed from
either side? And then, a little while later, I mentioned that she
seemed to've figured it out?

Well, not so much. Apparently that was a one-off. She is still
getting into bed from the "wrong" side. Not only that, but I've
moved her crate, so that it is at the head of the "right" side of
the bed. It is now even less convenient for her to go from her
crate (where she gets a bedtime snack) to the "wrong" side of the
bed. And, to make matters even more exasperating, she sleeps on the
"right" side of the bed. So, basically, she's going in a big ol'
loop at bedtime, which wouldn't be so bad, except it includes
clambering all over me to get to her side of the bed.

I'm afraid my dog might be a dumbass.

Its no longer a spellchecker issue (but apparently my spellchucker has
escaped and is running rampant across the globe). I've been flying solo for
weeks now.....the funny part being the mistake ration hasn't changed. Nor
is it a knowing how to spell issue.

Its 100% a not pausing to proofread or edit issue.

And try as I might, I always hot send before remembering to proof the copy.

And yeah, I speak without editing much as well. Its probably why I have to
hop around with one foot in my mouth a lot of the time :-)

Baby steps, Tara. First, you start with two and three letter words.
Sloooowly work your way up, until you're spelling 4 or 5 letter words
properly. If at any time you find yourself making mistakes, step
back, and try again.

Yeah. Not likely though. Annie is teaching me that I have yet to develop
the patience required for true clicker training. Might be a connection
there.

Yaknow, I hate spellcheckers, and don't have much use for them. Comes
from having to proof read a gazillion papers belonging to college kids
who couldn't figure out that their spellchecker couldn't distinguish
between weather/whether, witch/which, etc.

Just reread my El Grande Rant from a little while ago and spotted some of
those same problems in mine.

Yes, there was cringing. There was wincing. There was gnashing of teeth.

It's not spelling that's a problem. It is how words get
arranged in the sentence which is what make sentences difficult,
sometimes, to make sense of.

Well, someone's got to keep The Big, Hairy Dork company.
