It's January here in upstate NY, which means the dogs are outside and working hard, right? http://www.employees.org/~shore/loveseat.jpg Front to back that's Image, Eclipse, and Slick, and perched above them all, naturally, is Crow. (Crow, btw, is the only one not blowing coat). -- Melinda Shore - Software longa, hardware brevis - Sending more troops into a war is properly called an "escalation." |

Pretty much all Siberian Huskies with what they call "Irish" coloring (it's not actually Irish as seen in other breeds) are born with masks, which fade as they age. They fade at different rates; Eclipse, who's 5, still has a lot of hers, while Crow's was mostly gone at 4. I think the black strip between Eclipse's eyes will be there forever. -- Melinda Shore - Software longa, hardware brevis - Sending more troops into a war is properly called an "escalation." |

@panix3.panix.com: Front to back that's Image, Eclipse, and Slick, and perched above them all, naturally, is Crow. (Crow, btw, is the only one not blowing coat). Very nice perching technique! Crow must be half cat. And Image looks NOT AMUSED.
