It's January here in upstate NY, which means the dogs are
outside and working hard, right?

Front to back that's Image, Eclipse, and Slick, and perched
above them all, naturally, is Crow.

(Crow, btw, is the only one not blowing coat).

Does anyone know if this is typical of any other breed of dog? Perhaps
there actually is some Husky in the mix?

Pretty much all Siberian Huskies with what they call "Irish"
coloring (it's not actually Irish as seen in other breeds)
are born with masks, which fade as they age. They fade at
different rates; Eclipse, who's 5, still has a lot of hers,
while Crow's was mostly gone at 4. I think the black strip
between Eclipse's eyes will be there forever.

Clearly you need to move the Husky Cam inside!

It's been too warm here (in January!) to even train.

Obviously, Crow is not that good at job supervision. Hire a new
foreperson and you might get more work done. Or it could be that they
are working really hard using mind control on the weather to produce some
snow.

If so, they really suck at it. OTOH, in case they are successful, I hope
they'll consider slamming the entire eastern US with a huge blizzard!!

Great picture, I love how Eclipse is using Image as a pillow.

And I agree that the Husky cam should be inside too!

Speaking of Image, I love his markings! I just saw his ears from behind--
one black and one white. What a cool looking dog.
