Yes, I think Janet's "new project" should be fixing her link.

Anne
and Baxter the Beagle

(who are bored, bored, bored. We're in the ice storm in Missouri and
haven't had power in our house since last Friday. Luckily, the motel
has Wi-fi. Actually, we're just lucky to have a motel room!)

I think since Janet's DH won't let her have another foster that the link is
to her new invisible dog.

She's now in a foster home. That was taken in the exam room at the
shelter. She failed the temperament test, so now I'm sinking money
and time into her to rehab and rehome her. She has a food aggression
issue. She was left in the parking lot at the shelter, and guess who
brought her in? At least she's not in MY home!
