Default dog poop and feeding 2

Well, as usual, from the experts there was little definitive response
to my question. Only arguments and put downs.

I thought I might mix in just few oats. A sprinkle that would hardly
be noticed by the pup, especially the way she eats after competing
with ten litter mates to her food. And yes.--, it worked. firmed
things nicely. Especially since she has the occasional accident in
the house and it needs to be cleaned.

Nothing else read in the thread warrants a comment from me. Other
than I do have a vague idea about dogs. Only vague mind you. After
all, eight house dogs over the years that live to ripe old ages I must
be doing something right with feeding and training. eh ? And god
forbid I should have my own opinion.

Anyway, thanks again. I think

And yes, perhaps I give the impression of being an asshole. But at
least I know I'm an asshole. Do many of you? heh

Ah well, some of us work with what we're given. Also, if you want
a "definitive" response, ask your vet.

Yes, you have your own opinion, which you seem to value above all
others. The problem is that you then wanted others to share their
opinions, all of which you proved to be comtemptuous of. That's
just one of the many definitions of "asshole."

Anyway, thanks again. I think

Passive aggressive much?

I think that bitching at me because you didn't like the advice
given you, when I never even replied to you in the first place
(WTF?!), is another definition of "asshole." Or would you prefer
that people just make **** up to suit you, when they don't have
the specific--sorry, "definitive"--answer you are seeking?

For one thing, feeding dogs is one of those "it depends"
activities. For another, your initial question was
unanswerably vague. There are a lot of reasons why your
puppy has shitty ****. On the rare occasion that happens
with one of my dogs, and assuming that there's no stress or
illness, I prefer to either change the food or fast the dog,
although I would not fast a young puppy. Adding more stuff
in doesn't take away whatever's causing the problem,
although it might mask the symptom.

Whether or not you're an asshole, you're not very smart.

This ng tends to have people that wait for more information before
they give answers. WHen dealing with living things, lacking
information can often get thee in trouble. A number of people asked
for Brand of food, amount, how much water, how often you feed, and
other information, and all the answers they got were along the lines
of "Oh, she eats about 2/3 of what I give her."

We can't answer what you ask if you don't give us info to help answer
the questions.
