Default 8 month puppy

When I take my 8 month puppy to the park, he frequently jumps up onto
people on benches. Recently he has also taken to running off when I
let him off the lead, which he never used to do. Any tips on curbing
this behaviour? Thank you

PS. he is a staff cross.

Don't let him do that.

Enroll yourself and your dog in an OBEDIENCE TRAINING class - ASAP.

Your vet can probably refer you to a good one.

Good luck!
