Oooh Karla, you know I will. I bought a little pewter key ring with an
enamel dog bone, a dog dish, I love my dog, etc on it and I am going to
mail it to her, along with a brief description of what happened. I kind
of think she already knows what happened, because she referred me to her
friend/Vet.
BTW she is my long time Vet, that left the practice. I found her in the
phone book, called her at home, asked her to refer me to a Vet for Buck
(for a check up). She told me she left the practice because it was sold
out from under her, she thought she was in line to buy it, and someone
else outbid her. She left because she was pissed. The Vet she referred
me to was at her old practice. Today, when I called I repeated that I
brought Jack there because Dr C said to, and that I did not know if I
would continue to come there or not. They told me Dr C may be coming
back. I am hoping, that would make me so happy. I always told her I
don't know what I would do without her, when Buck and Lady's time comes.
I dread the day and I really need her and trust her.
I am going to mail the thank you and the key ring. The poor woman has
done enough, she should not have to endure a phone call from me. My
calls are like my posts.....endless

I am proud of Jack's temperament too. The first dog he ran into (I
peeked) was a dog with an Elizabethan collar on. I thought he would
flip, but he just calmly followed the tech.
Btw, they told me they were sending Jack home with an E-collar.
Duhhhhh, why I wondered. I am old. I thought they meant electronic
collar.
