I thing if they would just show a photo of one shelter dog
or cat including a few lines about the animal in the local
newspapers a week, I bet they would have a much better
chance at finding homes for these animals. Instead of
waiting for the people to go to the shelter, why not go to
the people through the newspapers, and show them what is
out there looking for a home.

The strategy I posted has received a ton of local media
attention.
