Hispanic animal neglect has Phoenix shelters jammed.
Not only is there a burst of sponsored animal fights, the neglected
and abandoned dogs are jamming the shelters to capacity. "Illegal aliens are just doing jobs Americans won't do", a frequent comment by President Bush. ted
