A dog that has been allowed to bark that long has developed a habit that
is not likely to go away.

If you have tried everything, I'm assuming it's hopeless. But we can't
assume you have tried everything, unless you list what techiniques you
have tried.
If you don't wish to list what hasn't worked, then I'm assuming the
intent of your post is to ask permission to give her up?

I TRIED OBEDIENCE TRAINING NOT ONCE BUT I PAID PETSMART TRAINING TWICE
BECAUSE THE FIRST TRAINING DID NOT GO GOOD SO I PAY TO PUT HER BACK IN
IT TIME OUT CRATE SHE HATES THE CRATE WHERE SHE SCRATCHES SO BAD HER
NAIL START TO BLEED SO CRATES OUT I OPEN UP MY SCREEN DOOR SHE JETS
AND I HAVE TO CHASE HER AROUND THE BLOCK LIKE A JACK RABBIT YESTERDAY
SHE ALMOST GOT HIT I HAVE A ACRE OF FENCE CHAIN LINK 4 FT TALL ALL WAY
AROUND. BUT SHE IS A JETTER QUICK SO I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO NO MORE
I LOVE CASHMERE BUT I'M 41 YR OLD RETIREE DISABLE LADY WITH A CANE I
NEED A OLDER LAY BACK DOG LAP DOG WAY LESS ENERGY SLEEP THROUGH THE

I TRIED OBEDIENCE TRAINING NOT ONCE BUT I PAID PETSMART TRAINING TWICE
BECAUSE THE FIRST TRAINING DID NOT GO GOOD

Petsmart is to training, what MacDonald's hamburger flippers are to
Chef's.

I would have expected failure from Petsmart.

You need to find a real trainer in your area. I don't know where you
live, and have no idea all the trainers in the world, but with a little
bit of research, I'm sure you can do much better than Petsmart, and
probably cheaper.

SO I PAY TO PUT HER BACK IN
IT TIME OUT CRATE SHE HATES THE CRATE WHERE SHE SCRATCHES SO BAD HER
NAIL START TO BLEED SO CRATES OUT I OPEN UP MY SCREEN DOOR SHE JETS

Crate training is an other issue separated from the barking. It doesn't
sound as if you crate trained her properly. And I would do a google
search on crate training puppies. But since this group isn't about
training every bad thing the dog does, and just handling one problem at
a time until they are fixed, let's table this one for the moment. Crate
trained properly, though, your dog doesn't have to act like that.

Ok let me give you a couple of websites to get you started for problem
barkers.

There are many others, i just can't think of them right now

AND I HAVE TO CHASE HER AROUND THE BLOCK LIKE A JACK RABBIT YESTERDAY
SHE ALMOST GOT HIT I HAVE A ACRE OF FENCE CHAIN LINK 4 FT TALL ALL WAY

She lives in MD according to the area code. Hard to say where exactly.

From your phone number I see that you are located in MD. There are some
good training resources that I could suggest, but they vary greatly in
cost, and probably in effectiveness. I would suggest starting with
www.batw.com, because I have been taking individual training sessions
there, and it is reasonably priced, and conveniently located just north of
Baltimore.

I have no experience with little dogs like Yorkies, except my neighbor has
one. They are very cute but they seem to be fairly high strung and yappy.
My dogs Muttley and Lucky are about 70-75 lb, and are certainly not lap
dogs, but they are fairly quiet and are usually happy to just snooze all
day, with a couple of moderate walks.

I am seeking a home for Lucky, and she may be a good companion dog if you
can work with her in a good training class. She is very affectionate and
sweet, and loves constant attention that I can't provide for her,
especially when I also have Muttley. Please post, or email me privately, if
you are interested. I will check with friends to see if anyone is
interested in a yappy Yorkie.

BTW, please do not use all CAPS in email and posts. It is the on-line
equivalent of SHOUTING.

Either the trainer/training wasn't any good, or you didn't put enough effort
into it to make it work. The job of a dog trainer is actually to train the
owner to communicate with the dog, and if the owner doesn't put in any
effort towards working with the dog, the training is not going to work.

TIME OUT CRATE SHE HATES THE CRATE WHERE SHE SCRATCHES SO BAD HER
NAIL START TO BLEED SO CRATES OUT

Introducing a crate properly so it isn't seen as jail would help. For now,
try feeding her in there. Drop treats (or maybe a new toy) in there from
time to time, so she equates the crate with something good, and gets
rewarded for taking the initiative for going in there herself. Encourage
her (praise/pets/treat) when she goes in by herself. Slowly get her used to
it by closing the door behind her for a really small amount of time (could
be a few seconds in the beginning), then rewarding her for staying in there,
gradually increasing the amount of time in there. She shouldn't get any
attention for making a fuss, and don't let her out when she's pitching a
fit- keep in mind that introduced properly, she shouldn't.

I OPEN UP MY SCREEN DOOR SHE JETS
AND I HAVE TO CHASE HER AROUND THE BLOCK LIKE A JACK RABBIT YESTERDAY
SHE ALMOST GOT HIT I HAVE A ACRE OF FENCE CHAIN LINK 4 FT TALL ALL WAY
AROUND. BUT SHE IS A JETTER QUICK SO I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO NO MORE

Use a leash. Keep her tethered to you if possible, so she doesn't get a
chance to bolt. Work with a competent trainer, and put some effort into
teaching her a recall before you give her the opportunity to run free.
Teach her that she has to sit and wait before going out open doors so she
doesn't bolt out at the first chance.

BTW, having a nice fence is good, but fences don't exercise or entertain
dogs. That's our job, as owners. Take her for long walks. Give her the
opportunity to fetch or run or swim. Teach her new things every day so she
gets a chance to exercise both her body and brain. A tired dog is a good
dog.

If you are unable to physically exercise her, see if you can hire someone to
help out. There may be older teens or other dog savvy adults in your area
that can help, or hire a dogwalker.

And what would Lucky do to a Yorkie if she wasn't happy about the attention
the Yorkie was getting instead of her?

I think he's suggesting that the OP dump the Yorkie and adopt Lucky.
You know - someone who is handicapped and not able to be active needs a
largish generally unknown dog after all.
