Default Feeling judged and worried, even after vets treatment

We have two dogs very sensitive to flea bites. Our little lurcher looks
awful, she's been scratching to the point of drawing blood. We've done
everything we can, including take both to the vets and paying for treatment
etc etc., but ( until the hair etc grows back) the lurcher still looks like
a case of neglect!
She's always been very slim, (even for a lurcher) but she's usually healthy,
happy and has lots of energy. She has a fine coat and where she has been
scratching she's pretty much bald and looks sore, despite our every
effort!.........and ribby!
I don't want to keep her in, but she is a real sight! It's quite warm, so
putting her coat on isn't really an option. Is there something homeopatic
that might help? A cream or supplement?
I can't bear to see her looking unhappy and especially when people thinking
she isn't loved, because she is 101%. She's lovely natured and puts up with
so much I just want to do the very best I can for her.
Any ideas welcome,
thanks
denise

........what kind of treatment? Has she also had skin scrapings? Could have
a bacterial infection at this point.

........good food and time. And keep Advantage on her. Sweep and clean and
sweep and wash. Try tossing a few sardines or an egg in her food
occasionally. Vit C, E and A wouldn't hurt either. Don't worry about what
people say.
