That's wonderful Janet. Next time you talk to her she'll probably tell you
Franklin has started pooping gold nuggets! But that couldn't be better than
his health.
Keep it up Franklin, you're doing fine!

I went to visit Franklin in the hospital this morning. All I can say is
WOW. He was his usual wiggly, kissy, silly self, and happy to see me
(and his blue ball!). I spent about 20 minutes with him and was told
that surgery is ON HOLD for now, since he's improved so much!

WONDERFUL NEWS!!
I'm elated!

very true. It seems that it may remain a mystery though. Nothing
obvious came up or went through.

it gets better! I just got off the phone with my vet. She says she
thinks she was wrong. I told her that's fabulous! She thinks there may
have been something stuck, that perforated the gut and caused a bleed.
If there was, it's come up or passed somehow. She's going to take him
off the pred tonight and keep our fingers crossed. If all goes well,
he'll come home when I go for Lucy's appointment tomorrow!

How cool is this?!?! Feeling VERY optimistic!

I'm thinking that the power of prayer has done a lot here, and please,
whatever you're doing, keep doing it. I was thrilled to see my boy
being himself (not to mention eating and drinking without vomiting) and
am feeling SO much more hopeful than I was last night and even this
morning.

good boy franklin!

That is most excellent news. In anticipation of more good news
tomorrow, paws are being uncrossed in order to do the happy dance.
