I think my dog has a tick on end of his ear inside. I can't see it just red
bump and how can i tell if it is and how can i get it to come to head of
skin so I can grab it?

If it's a tick, it will get larger fairly quickly. If you've
never dealt with ticks, you should talk to your vet - the
diseases they carry are region-specific.

.........A tick is on the surface of the skin. If all you can see is a red
bump it's not a tick.
