Well most of them have opened their eyes now. They are just beginning to
open them up and squint a bit! They look so cute when they do it for the
first time. The two puppies that are the light golden sandy colored brown
with white spots appear to be the first to do everything. They were both
the first ones to open their eyes and today they are now the first ones to
take a few wobbly steps. And one of 'em crawled out of the baby pool for
the first time today. Although, the other four, black, white, and two with
the darker brown coloring all appear to enjoy sleeping on their backs now,
belly's up, sprawled out so cute. They are all chubby and fluffy. Jake has
named the black one, his favorite, *girl*. We're going to have to work on
names with him, I think. He's a bit behind in talking, so perhaps grammy
will have to play some name games with him, or perhaps she'll remain *Girl*.
Kali still appears to be doing well, eating lots and lots, pooping lots and
lots.
