I found a little costume while shopping for candy. He was not amused. I
wish I could have found a vampire or something... Next year I'll try to
make my own, as so many seem to have done.

One good thing: Kiba was not distressed by fireworks, and went out trick or
treating with the Grands. DH says that although he pulled and was pretty
excited by the whole affair, he sat on the sidewalk nicely while the girls
knocked on doors. I think poor old Ben was just glad not to have a demented
Elmo humping him on the walk!

LOL...thanks, I think! I turned 48 last week. My husband and I are off to
Vegas next week to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. My daughter is
30 and my son is 25. I'm often surprised at my own age, as I don't feel
I've learned enough to be as old as I am. Plus, I lied for so long about my
age, after starting out so young and being a "grownup" when most kids are
still in school. I also wanted to get into bars waaay before I was legal.
So I have to do the math to figure it out most of the time.
