I don't think English is the writer's first language, and after a couple
of re-reads, I interpreted "bottom mouth" as refering to the anus, and
"rubbing it on his front paws" as "rubbing the rear on the ground by

Regardless, yes, it needs a vet if the glands are infected.



Good catch. I wonder if this was done using a web-translator, but yeah, the
original poster needs to get to a vet. This is a (relatively) common
problem, but it needs to be dealt with, as I don't think its likely to
resolve on its own, and does cause distress to the animal.
