Beautiful photo's, Marcel! I can't get over how grown up Emilie looks
already. So how are things going? Is Sofia a good baby, sleeping at night
time rather than all day? And how is Gen doing? Beautiful family, Marcel.

She is very cute! And Emilie looks so much bigger in comparison to her baby
sister.

As good as can be expected after 5 days of trying to be induced.

Is Sofia a good baby, sleeping at

Sofia is getting better at sleeping in the night. When we got her home, she
was on a 2 1/2 hour schedule. She is now up to about 3-3.5 hours during the
day, and closer to 4 or 5 at night.

And how is Gen doing?

Gen is doing well. She seems to have a little infection (mastitis or
uterine) and she is currently on antibiotics for, which tend to throw her
for a loop. She is allergic to penicillin, so they need to use a stronger
one which makes her pretty nauseous.

Moogli is, as he was with Emilie, pretty indifferent. If she is in her car
seat, and starts grunting and snorting as she starts to wake up, he will go
over and investigate. He will sniff her as well if we offer her to him, but
she doesn't interest him much. It was much the same as with Emilie. Once
she starts wanderinga round with food and dropping it from her high-chair,
she will get much more interesting.

Emilie's head is crotch height on me. It makes for the occasional painful

That is a *great* baby! Four or five hours at night time, very good baby
Sofia!

Oh no, poor Gen, she's really been through a lot these last couple weeks.
Send her our positive thoughts. Is she nursing and can she nurse while on
antibiotics? You be sure and give her some hugs, Marcel. It sounds like
she could use a bit of babying herself.

She's a very intense looking baby and has the same dark eyes as her big
sister (and dad!). Emilie is looking so grown up and tall! I love how
she's alternately looking at Sofia adoringly, and looking off like "do
we have to take so many pictures of this new kid?"
