The easiest way is to reduce the protein and phosphorus in your dog's diet.
Excess ammonia used to maintain acid balance and remove nitrogenous waste
caused by excesses in an unbalanced diet will result in big brown spots in
the yard.

the second easiest way is to spray the areas with water and dilute the urine
after he pees.

Most solutions to fixing pee burn spots involve messing with the
dog's pH. All the way from tomato juice in the water to special
pills.

Two ideas: Do what I do - sacrifice part of the lawn and train
your dog to go there. Two: water the area to dilute the urine
(which is actually a pretty good fertilizer) right after the
peeing.
