Yes, indeedy! I, for one, enjoyed my homemade mac n' cheese last night
(whole wheat mezze penne with cheddar, smoked gouda, and sour cream).
Mmmm. Perfect comfort food, and chock full o' eeevil carbs--what's not to
love? And the best part (and on topic!) was that I was able to share a
little bit with Miss Brown, who thought it was damnfine tasty. I'm
gradually adding stuff back to her diet, and so far, so good.

It would be a sad, sad (and kinda stupid) world without carbs.
